Faith Sakwe, the first child of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan, the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, got married to Prince Godswill Osim Edward on Saturday 12th of April 2014 at the National Ecumenical Center in Abuja.
The Chairman of the wedding reception which took place at the International Conference Centre, was former Head of State, Gen. Yakubu Gowon.
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Africa’s richest man Aliko Dangote, Femi Otedola, 13 Governors, including Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers, those of Plateau, Benue, Akwa Ibom, Abia, Delta, ministers, celebrities, diplomats, Nigerians from all walks of life attended the colourful ceremony, with music performances from D’banj and Iyanya.
